i know i havent updated in the longest time and i apologise! but our computer
crashed and we only just got word again
Anyways on other news i added some free ringtones i the miscellanious
cool stuff section that you can just put in your phone composer and some stuff in wicca like Herbs.

Ook. Well i added a new shield that stops you from becoming tired but be
warned i heard this was advanced which is bloody news to me but doesnt mean without practice and hard work you cant do it

Added techs on Pk, Ek, Ak and Hk and various bits of info like adjusting your
breathing, improving visualisation and shields and stuff. they're all in the Psychic Section so check it out if your interested

Ok i got off my ass & added information
about when the Sabbats are in BOTH hemispheres! & Information on The Fullmoons & when they are for the rest of the
year & lastly Some scrying techniques!
Hey! i added our home covens recipes for cresent cookies /cakes which are perfect
for esbats & sabbats! I might add some wicca stuff depends if i can get off my ass LOL.
